Seth's Wedding

Seth and Keli's wedding was beautiful! Check out all the pics HERE!!!!

SHARK BOY

Shark Boy...
wrinkles up his little nose and glares at my camera over the rim of the tub.
His gaze is menacing... it seems to warn "don't come to close with that thing!"

Then, in an instant his expression changes, he sits up and smiles...
uttering his most common question-

"Where Dada?"

           "Momma!" I say
"Momma's right here.... can you say M-O-M-M-A?"

He stands up, smacking the tub like a drum, while singing...
"dada dada dada." -
and giggles! I think he knows what he's doing that mischevious little thing!

I just can't win with the shark boy today! :-(

On the Farm

On one of our recent trips to Boise, my mom took us over to her friend Maggie's house! They have this fabulous farm house! Such a fun place to be and they are the sweetest family. Payton loved his time spent there with her cute kids, and I loved talking to Maggie about her animals, kids, and all things photography!
Thanks Maggie!

This is Hannah showing us the little kitties! Payton LOVED them, he didn't leave them alone the whole time!

Hannah also showed Payton how to gather eggs!

This one is HILARIOUS! Just snapped picture of one of their goats as it peaked through the fence as it looked like it was smiling!

So fun! I love summer!!!

The Entrance

Payton waiting for the rides at the Hagerman Carnival.

I've been meaning to play with this photo for a long time, and just barely got around to it. I loved the shadows from the gate and the fact that he was looking off to the side. Also, I thought this image lended itself to a more VIBRANT edit. Thats how you always remember the fair... so colorful!

ENJOY!

T Ball

Here is our sporty little Payton.
He is four years old until September, and SO enjoyed his first year of T-Ball!

Go Bulldogs!!

Payton and his good buddy Thannon! They were able to play on the same team!

Thanks to their fabulous coaches Brooke and Kluane for making it so fun!

Cake Face

One of Payton's last T-Ball games this summer... it was our day to bring treats, so I brought the kids Oreo Cakesters with Caprisun drinks. Owen saw them and was vocal until I grabbed one for him. (though I don't know what I was thinking) I opened it up and handed it over... I guess fully expecting that it may be a bit messy, but it would go straight to his mouth... just like everything else in this world!
So, here I am chatting away with the parents, snapping pictures of the kids. Owen looks at me, squishes the cakester with all his might, crumbling it everywhere, then serenely proceeds to lick the EXCESS of his fingers. I swear this boy knows exactly what he is doing. Typically he devours every bit of food or treat so quickly you would think I never feed him... but not this!

His expression seemed to say, "Watch this Mommy! So, watcha going to do about it?"

Laugh I guess... and take a picture!

(he then proceeded to wipe all extra bits he could find in his lap, ALL OVER HIS FACE.)

(Above: Owen's face once we got home from T-Ball)
Sweet little thing!
