A Visit to "Noisy"

So, we took a little trip to Boise the week before Thanksgiving to see Grandpa and Grammy Bowen (on Nicole's Dad's side) who had just returned from serving a mission in Africa. Payton had only seen them once when he was just two and a half months old. Their report was wonderful and it was so fun for Payton to play with cousins that he had never played with before. In fact, he has a cousin who is just two weeks younger than him and her name is Peyton too, just spelled a little differently. While there my family all wore black so we could do some pictures outside and we got a few cute, candid ones.

Petey had so much fun that leaving was hard. He never wants to leave "Noisy," as he calls it. Hmmm, don't know why he won't say the "B" sound..but its cute. In fact, just today we were driving home from running errands and he started to cry a bit. I asked him what was wrong and he said he wanted to go "see Grandma Bowen in Noisy, please.... now mom please!" SAD! However, Payton was graced with a surprise visit from his Grandpa Bowen this last weekend who drove up to bring us a couch for our basement! What nice parents I have!!
