Our kids are the most important thing in the world to us,

he plays hard!

We went out to Grandma and Grandpa Richard's house for some birthday celebrations a couple weeks ago and Dallas and Petey got a kick out of sitting in the Tractor. Can you tell that Payton looks up to Dallas???

Like father, like son. Driving tractor must be in the blood.

Playing at the park after stroller class. We attend stroller bootcamp three times a week and have so much fun. Afterwards Payton gets to play if he was good. He is so big and independent now that he will climb the huge jungle gym/ ladders all by himself.

Posing after going down the "big twisty" silde!

... it doesn't look so good.

So, here we are this morning...surfing all my friends blogs, and Payton climbs up to the computer to look at their pictures with me. He was sitting on the counter next to the computer and decided "Ima goina do you hair!" He played around with my hair for awhile and tried my bangs multiple ways and got a good laugh about every style he did. Then he stopped short, looked at me and declared,"It doesn't look so good!" ha
Aren't you glad little kids are so honest? Here is the other thing he told me:

"Mommy has a little bum, Payton has a little bum, Daddy had a BIG bum!" Now, I don't think this is really honestly, its probably a lot of rehearsal on my husbands part. I was flattered nonetheless.

And finally, when he talks to us he will say things like, "Come here best friend!" "Guess what best friends?!" "Mommy my best friend, Daddy my best friend...we ALL best friends!" Again- its Kade. He constantly stresses to Payton how we are all BEST FRIENDS- and I think he gets it! What is more important than family?

Sorry to my friends and family for lack of posts, I need to remember I have a camera. Oops! Hope all is well!!!!

You know its summer when....

Its time for the Zoo!
Payton in his stroller looking at the Peacocks and Zebras.

Payton and his buddy "Pebbles" (cute little Tannah) posing on a Lion. They had so much fun! We went in the morning with some other cute mommas and their kids, around 10:00, and it turned out to be a great time to go. Not too hot, and it seems like we saw everything!!!

Pro Shaver

Getting the shaving cream all over the place! It makes him smell soo good!

We have been so excited about our second pregnancy- and practically told the whole world! But- we both know it wasn't the right time, as we lost the baby last week. We are both very positive and upbeat people, so it is hard for us to give bad news, but we are feeling the strength of the spirit and the love and support of so many friends and neighbors. All is well!- and we hope to have another little one in our home soon! Thanks soo much to everyone! All our love...

Married June 12th, 2004

Tomorrow will mark the four year anniversary of our wedding- so I wanted to take a quick minute and tell friends and family a bit about those four years:

I never thought I'd be so happy in my whole life, let alone in four years.

I have never had a broken hearted day while married to such a sweet man.

I receive sweet random surprises from him when I seem to need it most.

I am completely supported in any endeavor, project, or crazy undertaking I have.
I am encouraged in the gospel by his ever-bright testimony and commitment to the church.

I am protected, consulted, loved, pampered, and anything else you can think of.

I am so happy to be able to call him mine forever!

Happy Anniversary Kade, I love you.
