Payton has always told me how he really wants to ride a bus and go to school- and last week he thought his dream came true! About 10am we are in the bathroom as I am drying my hair and a loud horn honks! We went out to investigate and in the door walks Kade! Kade and his brother-in-law had to test drive a bus they were working on at the shop and Kade thought Payton would really enjoy a ride! And he did!!!! Uncle Joel drove and Payton sat on my lap. Unfortunately, Kade had to stay home. Turns out the main reason he tagged along was a pinched nerve he had in his neck. His muscles were spasming and he couldn't move his head AT ALL- so he couldn't drive and he couldn't do anything at work either. That has got to be the worst pain I have EVER seen him in. After seeing a massage therapist, a Chiropractor, and resting for three days- he is now able to function, but still in a bit of pain. On the other hand, we have a fun excursion and some cute pictures of Payton and Uncle Joel to show for it!
